Votes Scrutiny & Verification: From June 1st till June 5th, 2026, the Election Commission will conduct a thorough scrutiny process. Every cast vote will be meticulously cross-verified against the registered voters directory to ensure absolute data integrity and fairness.

-- Official Results Announcement: The final results and the names of the newly elected candidates for the Central Executive Body and regional positions will be officially announced on June 6th, 2026.

-- Oath Taking: The official Oath Taking ceremony for the new leadership will take place on June 7th, 2026.

Our core mandate is to safeguard the dignity of our alma mater and the sacred bond of our global brotherhood. While passion and robust debates are natural signs of a healthy democratic process, they must never cross the line into personal attacks, unverified allegations, or divisive rhetoric.

Please take note of the following updates and directives:

-- Continuous Monitoring: The EC is keeping a close eye on all campaign activities. Any content that violates our established Code of Conduct will be dealt with strictly.
-- Proactive Engagement: The Commission has already directly engaged with specific individuals regarding recent discussions. We appreciate that these members have handled the matter maturely and have explicitly assured the EC of their complete commitment to maintaining decorum moving forward.
