Women Empowerment of Pakistan (WEP) is a pro-woman, non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization. Registered under Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance 1961. WEP determined for attitudinal change and increased access to the opportunities for women, girls and children. ionary ends. We do this work by organizing convening, engaging, mobilizing and supporting the target community, to ensure we all have the means to make our world an amazing place. THE ORGANIZATION HISTORY:
WEP is a women action based organization working in Pakistan with the aim to support community development to build a non-discriminative society with a safe place for children. WEP team members and volunteers have been working in the disaster affected areas of Pakistan. In the emergency phase we worked closely with local partner organizations to provide supplies and services. ICTRCs Program of WEP is an initiative that focuses on improving information technology and learning for disadvantaged youth and adults. WEP has a vast experience of working in education sector, has expertise in both formal and non-formal education. School health promotion, community / reproductive health and human right education are other key areas for the entire inspiration and expertise. WEP STRATEGY:

Reduce poverty conditions by improving education and health conditions through globally recognized interventions. Improve livelihood conditions through promoting natural resources and indigenous skills of women. Promoting human rights and provision of services for women and children survivors for their reintegration. Promoting peace, participation and gender based governance.
