I (Sohaib Hassan) have been working as a social worker since 2012 in an independent capacity. Started as one man operating, now with the coordination and support of my friends & family, I have recently established a welfare foundation by the name of "LIFE Welfare Foundation (LWF)". The organisation has been registered with the Joint Stock Companies, Sindh, Karachi under the Societies Registration
Act, XXI of 1860. LIFE Welfare Foundation is a non-profit social welfare organisation in Pakistan. Office of the organisation is located at shop # 1S-C #5, Ali Heights, Block C, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan. The aims & objectives of my foundation, among many others, include:
• provision of free hospital and medical care to the patients
• arranging for provision of blood through collection in Blood Bank
• arranging jobs for the unemployed as per their education & qualification
• provision of basic necessities such as food, cloth and money to the poor
• running an education scheme which apart from teaching, reading and writing covers various vocational activities such as driving, pharmacy and tailoring
All the struggle and the hard work can be accomplished through Donations (Sadqat / Zakat / Khairaat / Atyaat / Fitra / Chanda) in the way of Almighty, through the hands of LWF.
