Nahi pata tha ke woh mujhe itna kuch de jaayega.

Rahbar is a mentorship programme for 8th graders in TCF schools across pakistan. Six Saturdays. One mentor, one mentee, one story that changes both of them.

Jab mein pehli baar us kamre mein gaya, toh socha tha — mein yahan kuch dene aaya hoon.

Phir usne mujhse ek sawaal kiya jiska jawab mere paas nahi tha. Aur mujhe ehsaas hua — yeh sirf uski tarbiyat nahi thi. Meri bhi thi.

Rahbar ek mentorship program hai jo TCF ke schools mein 8th grade ke bachon ke saath kaam karta hai. Har Saturday. Chhe haftay.

Agar Ap bhi kisi ki zindagi mein woh ek chehra banna chahte ho jo farq karta hai — link bio mein hai.

8th grade is a strange age.

Old enough to have opinions. Young enough to still be shaped by them.

Rahbar mentors meet their mentees every Saturday for six weeks — not to lecture, not to tutor, but to talk. About life, about habits, about what kind of person you want to become.

Most of these kids have never had someone outside their family sit with them and ask: what do you want?

That's the job. It's a small one. It changes everything.
