To mobilize women on single platform for the struggle of their political, economic, social and cultural rights

Values and Strategies:
1. The Network (NWR) will struggle for the unity among women, will encourage secular and democratic attitude in order to protect the women against any gender, sectarian and racial discrimination.
2. Women will be organized on ideological and rational grounds to avoid adventurism, extremism and anarchic approach.
3. Minimum points of agreement will be identified to create alliances with other political, social and economic groups for the desired women status in the society. Programme conducted. Date; 2003 to 2012,
1.Organized Home based workers. a) Mobilized them and helped them to send their children (girls/boys) to schools
b) Facilitated them to take loan from Bank for their work.
2. Organized Advocacy prrogramme . Group discussions on family laws. b) Group discussions on women rights. d) Seminars in the communities on current political situations. e) Celebrated Women’s day programme in communities of Karachi, Hyderabad. f) Celebrated Labour day programme with Garment women workers. g) Theatre group developed and Theatre were presented on different women and communities issues.
3. a)3-dayTraining programme for newly elected lady councilors. b)10 day training programme was conducted for those women who were abused by the people.
4. Relief work was arranged for Internal Displaced Persons.
5. Arranged a rally from Hyderabad to Karachi on the occasion of International women’s day with the cooperation of grass roots organizations. During rally organized women’s day programme in 5 district of Hyderabad and Karachi.

Future programme. In continuation of the previous programmes NWR will find out new area to work with Humanity, first we conduct a study to know the actual needs of the women and their wishes. It is our future programme to work with the members of women organizations who are working on grass roots level and involve the district government to facilitate the information among community, and also work with members of the parliament to solve the women problems on National level and Provincial level.
