Dānish-o-Rāmish DoR is an institute & community focused on Traditional Arts and Wisdom addressing the colonial hangover & utilitarianism that dictates modern life.

Dānish-o-Rāmish (DoR) is a community space and institute united as a sanctuary, dedicated to cultural revival and well-being within Karachiites. In a bustling city like Karachi, where rapid urbanization and professional pressures often lead to cultural and spiritual disconnection, and mental health challenges, DoR fills a critical gap. It provides a nurturing haven for individuals to reconnect with their heritage, find emotional balance, and build community, addressing the urgent need for spaces that blend tradition with healing. Hijaz Naqvi a poet, author and existential mentor & Bint e Zehra a psychologist, therapist, and scholar.
