🚨 پاکستان میں ممنوعہ انجکشن فیکٹری میں تیار کردہ rBSTجعلی انجیکشن — Boostin اور Somatech کی مبینہ برآمدگی، انتہائی سنگین معاملہ
کارروائی کے دوران بڑی مقدار میں Boostin (بوسٹن) اور Somatech (سوماٹیک) نام سے موجود rBST (Recombinant Bovine Somatotropin) ہارمون انجیکشنز کی مبینہ برآمدگی کی اطلاع سامنے آئی ہے۔ یہ ہارمون مویشیوں میں دودھ کی پیداوار بڑھانے کے لیے استعمال کیا جاتا رہا ہے۔
rBST پاکستان میں ممنوع ہے۔ سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان نے 6 جنوری 2018 کو اس کی فروخت اور خرید پر پابندی عائد کی تھی، جبکہ DRAP بھی اپنے سرکاری الرٹس میں rBST کو پاکستان میں ممنوع قرار دے چکا ہے۔
ایسے حالات میں Boostin، Somatech یا کسی بھی دوسرے نام سے rBST کی غیر قانونی تیاری، نقل، اسمگلنگ، ذخیرہ اندوزی یا فروخت انتہائی سنگین معاملہ ہے۔ اگر برآمد شدہ مصنوعات کی شناخت اور غیر قانونی حیثیت سرکاری تحقیقات میں ثابت ہوتی ہے تو ذمہ دار پورے نیٹ ورک کے خلاف سخت قانونی کارروائی ہونی چاہیے۔
یہ معاملہ محض چند جعلی انجیکشنز کی برآمدگی کا نہیں۔ ممنوعہ، جعلی اور غیر رجسٹرڈ ہارمونل انجیکشنز کا کاروبار پاکستان کے ڈیری و لائیوسٹاک سیکٹر کو ناقابلِ تلافی نقصان پہنچا رہا ہے۔ جانوروں کی صحت و فلاح، فارمرز کا معاشی مستقبل، دودھ و گوشت کی فوڈ سیفٹی اور صارفین کا اعتماد سب داؤ پر لگتے ہیں۔
DCFA Pakistan مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ گرفتار افراد کی قانونی حیثیت فوری طور پر واضح کی جائے، مقدمہ قانون کے مطابق درج کیا جائے، برآمد شدہ Boostin اور Somatech انجیکشنز کی سرکاری لیبارٹری سے جانچ کرائی جائے اور تحقیقات کو مینوفیکچررز، سپلائرز، ڈسٹری بیوٹرز اور پورے نیٹ ورک تک پہنچایا جائے۔
کوئی دباؤ، سفارش یا اثرورسوخ اس کارروائی کو کمزور نہ کرے۔

پاکستان میں ممنوعہ rBST انجیکشن کی مبینہ برآمدگی — ڈیری و لائیوسٹاک سیکٹر کے لیے انتہائی سنگین معاملہ

مبینہ کارروائی کے دوران بڑی مقدار میں ایسے rBST (Recombinant Bovine Somatotropin) ہارمون کے جعلی انجیکشنز کی مبینہ برآمدگی کی اطلاع سامنے آئی ہے جو دودھ کی پیداوار بڑھانے کے لیے مویشیوں میں استعمال کیے جاتے ہیں۔

یہ امر انتہائی اہم ہے کہ rBST انجیکشن پاکستان میں ممنوع ہیں اور سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان نے بھی 6 جنوری 2018 کو ان کی فروخت اور خرید پر مکمل پابندی عائد کی تھی۔ بعد ازاں DRAP بھی اپنے سرکاری الرٹس میں واضح طور پر rBST کو ملک میں ممنوع قرار دے چکا ہے۔

اس کے باوجود اگر پاکستان میں ممنوعہ rBST انجیکشنز کی غیر قانونی تیاری، نقل، اسمگلنگ یا فروخت جاری ہے تو یہ صرف قانون شکنی نہیں بلکہ پاکستان کے پورے ڈیری اور لائیوسٹاک سیکٹر کے لیے انتہائی سنگین خطرہ ہے۔

جعلی، غیر رجسٹرڈ اور ممنوعہ ہارمون انجیکشنز کا کاروبار جانوروں کی صحت اور فلاح، فارمر کے معاشی مستقبل، دودھ و گوشت کی فوڈ سیفٹی اور صارفین کے اعتماد کو شدید نقصان پہنچاتا ہے۔

DCFA Pakistan کا واضح مؤقف ہے کہ پاکستان کے لائیوسٹاک سیکٹر کو جعلی، غیر رجسٹرڈ اور ممنوعہ ویٹرنری ادویات سے پاک کرنے کے لیے زیرو ٹالرنس پالیسی اپنائی جائے اور ایسے کاروبار کے مکمل نیٹ ورک، مینوفیکچررز، سپلائرز اور ڈسٹری بیوٹرز تک تحقیقات کا دائرہ بڑھایا جائے۔

With the growing demand for quality meat in Pakistan, cattle fattening can become a profitable livestock business. However, fattening is not simply about buying animals and feeding them more. Real profitability depends on selecting the right animals, balanced nutrition, disease prevention, proper housing, effective management, accurate record-keeping, and scientific farm protocols.

The success of a fattening farm begins with purchasing the right animals.
Select animals that are healthy, active, of suitable age, structurally sound, and capable of good growth.
