Through students’ efforts, our organization works towards supporting the lives of the underprivileged by providing assistance in helping them procure or rent a home. Our underpinning attempt is to encourage the not-so-fortunate to purchase a house through a scheme on a “rent-to-own” basis and this accomplishment takes place over a long term period of time. We, the students, ourselves initiate the
activity involving our clients and jointly promote the raising of funds for achieving our objective. The project also includes an encouragement to purchase an economically viable house, renovate it, look for the most suitable family and support them in settling in with minor help for technical up-gradation through construction with professionals. Wage rates are paid to volunteers working on the construction site, in order to keep the work-men spirit alive. Recognizing that the world is our home and environmental protection being an important element thereof, the student members at our NGO pay special attention throughout the ex*****on of various projects. Joining hands to make our abodes (Ghar -this world) a better place is our serious goal. We are aware of the fact that this City, Nation and World also happen to be our home and we truly believe it is our responsibility to Give back to it in any way possible for years to come. Be it, helping our community by giving them a place they can call home , keeping the environment clean or finding environmental friendly ways to go about running daily tasks and errands. Hamara Ghar not only strives to be the voice of the generation at present, but the voice of the generations that are to come.
