Polio can affect children of any age, which is why protection must continue beyond infancy. In August, Sindh is rolling out the Polio Booster Dose for children up to 10 years of age.

The booster dose is safe and administered with a needle-free injector, making it a painless experience for children. By ensuring every eligible child receives the booster dose, we can strengthen our collective efforts to end polio in Sindh and Pakistan.

پولیو کسی بھی عمر کے بچے کو متاثر کر سکتا ہے، اسی لیے حفاظتی ٹیکہ کاری کا عمل شیر خوارگی کے بعد بھی جاری رہنا ضروری ہے۔ اگست میں سندھ میں 10 سال تک کی عمر کے بچوں کے لیے پولیو بوسٹر ڈوز کا آغاز کیا جا رہا ہے۔

پولیو بوسٹر ڈوز محفوظ ہے اور اسے بغیر سوئی والے انجیکٹر کے ذریعے لگایا جاتا ہے، جس سے بچوں کو تکلیف محسوس نہیں ہوتی۔ ہر اہل بچے کو بوسٹر ڈوز دلوا کر ہم سندھ اور پاکستان سے پولیو کے خاتمے کی کوششوں کو مزید مضبوط بنا سکتے ہیں۔
