The Pakistan American Cultural Center hosted a 79th Independence Day Celebration on 14th August 2026 in collaboration with Lions International, District 305-S.

The event was honored by Lion Shakeel Ahmed Khan - District Governor 305-S as Chief Guest.
The leadership and vision of Syed Makhdoom Ali Riaz, President PACC, played a pivotal role in bringing this collaboration to fruition. His support and encouragement helped create a meaningful platform that brought together PACC and Lions International in a shared celebration of Pakistanโ€™s independence, fostering greater community engagement, goodwill and cooperation.

The Dignitaries present included Mr. Muzaffar Arif Khan - Executive Director PACC, Syed Nusrat Ali - Chairman ELP, Mr. Jillani Yousuf - Chairman Cultural, along with PACC members, Lions Club members, and other guests.

The ceremony commenced with the flag hoisting, a dignified pipe band performance and guard of honour, followed by a special Independence Day breakfast. The celebration brought together members of PACC, Lions International and the wider community in a spirit of patriotism, unity and shared responsibility towards the continued progress and prosperity of Pakistan. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฐ

The Pakistan American Cultural Centre (PACC) is hiring a Coordinator for Lincoln Corner Khairpur. This is your opportunity to lead impactful programs, build meaningful partnerships, and manage operations at one of Khairpurโ€™s most dynamic cultural and educational hubs.

Position Details:
โ€ข Position: Coordinator โ€“ Lincoln Corner Khairpur
โ€ข Salary: PKR 110,000 โ€“ 130,000/ month
โ€ข Location: Lincoln Corner Khairpur.

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and manage youth-focused programs including student clubs, language training, workshops, cultural events, STEM activities.
โ€ข Build partnerships with academic institutions, NGOs, and community organizations.
โ€ข Manage event logistics, volunteer teams, and program impact reporting.
โ€ข Create a vibrant, innovative environment for learning and community engagement.

Required Education and Experience:

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฐ Independence Day Celebration at PACC

The Pakistan American Cultural Center (PACC) celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotic spirit, and a strong sense of national pride. The event was organized by ELP Manager Ms. Merzieh Shah along with her dedicated team, who made the celebration meaningful and memorable.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of PACC President - Syed Makhdoom Ali Riaz, ELP Chairman - Syed Nusrat Ali, and Executive Director - Mr. Muzaffar Arif Khan, along with staff members, students, and guests.

The celebrations began with a flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by inspiring speeches in which the distinguished guests shared their thoughts and reflections on Pakistan, its journey, achievements, and future. They highlighted the importance of unity, education, responsibility, and contributing positively towards the progress of the country.

A cake-cutting ceremony was also held as part of the celebrations, bringing everyone together to mark the spirit of independence with joy and unity. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐ŸŽ‚
