and via Zoom Link, which was graced by *Mr. Ishtiaqur Rehman (MD) Icon Pharmaceuticals as Guest of Honor & Mr. Sami Ullah Khan* Former Field Hockey Player, convened by *Dr. Nausheen Shahzad,* Convener of the Committee. The Convener, Deputy Convener and Members of the Committee discussed on *(1) Current issues in Healthcare Industry (2) Issues of Healthcare Workers (3) Methods used in Awareness about Escalating Mental Health Issues in Pakistan & Precautions (4) Strategy for enhanced Maternal and Child Healthcare Facilities in Rural Areas (5) Challenges Faced by Pakistan's Healthcare System, including but not limited to insufficient funding, inadequate workforce/infrastructure, lack of Preventive Health Focus & Inequitable resource distribution (6) Shortage of Hospitals and Medical Staff (7) Affordability of Lefesaving Medications*. Large number of members of the Committee attended the meeting.
