As temperatures rise, maintaining proper hydration and nutrition becomes increasingly important. Watermelon is one of the most refreshing and nutritious fruits of the summer season, offering numerous health benefits for people of all ages.
Including fresh seasonal fruits such as watermelon in daily meals can help promote healthy eating habits and support overall health during the summer months.

Let us embrace healthy choices and encourage our families and communities to enjoy nature’s nutritious gifts this season.

"The strong person is not the one who can wrestle others down; rather, the strong person is the one who controls himself when angry." — Sahih al-Bukhari

On this blessed Friday, may Allah grant us the strength to control our anger, show patience in difficult moments, and respond with wisdom and kindness.

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a simple measurement that compares your weight to your height to help assess whether you are within a healthy weight range. While BMI is not a direct measure of body fat, it can be a useful tool for identifying potential health risks associated with being underweight, overweight, or obese.

Maintaining a healthy weight through balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and healthy lifestyle habits can reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Knowing your BMI is a good starting point for taking charge of your health and well-being.

In Pakistan, millions of people face water shortages, especially during the hot summer months. Yet, clean water is often wasted in our daily routines without realizing its value. Protecting this blessing is a shared responsibility that begins with simple changes in our homes and communities.

🔹 Avoid excessive water use while washing cars, courtyards, and streets.
🔹 Ensure water tanks do not overflow and repair leaking pipes promptly.
🔹 Use only the water you need for wudu (ablution) and daily household tasks.
🔹 Reuse suitable water for plants and gardening whenever possible.
🔹 Teach children the importance of saving water and respecting this precious gift.

Every drop saved today helps secure water for our families, communities, and future generations. Let us value every drop and work together to protect this blessing from Allah.

💙 Save Water, Secure Pakistan's Future.
