The IBA Leadership Club's mission is to cultivate students into civically engaged, principled, innovative, conscientious, and innovative leaders by teaching them skills that will enable them to gain the knowledge and abilities necessary to make a positive contribution to their local and global communities as well as their professional lives. The purpose of the IBA Leadership Club is to bring stude
nts together to learn leadership skills, engage in activities that foster ethical behavior, build an inclusive community, demonstrate social responsibility, and inspire a commitment to excellence.
1. ILC will serve as a source of information regarding leadership opportunities inside and outside IBA
2. ILC intends to provide students with various opportunities to work in different situations and roles that call for leadership and initiative.
3. ILC aims to provide students the opportunities to unveil their potential and talent to become a future leader.
