Mr.Jamiluddin Ahmed Khan,(late)was the senior pr
ofessor of law. He completed his respective education from the then Hindustan and joined civil service before independence of Pakistan-India, as Government Officer, in the then Government of Hindustan, the said government posted him as ‘Member of the reception committee”, in July, 1947, at Karachi. After establishment of Pakistan, he was posted with the then 1st Minister, Government of Pakistan named worthy Sardar Abdul Rub Nishter, as Secretary, in Ministry Communication & Information, Government of West Pakistan, after few joined as lecturer of law in 1950, after that he was promoted as Professor and Vice Principal of the said S. He also worked as Director Research, (Faculty of Law), Federal Government Urdu Law College, Karachi, senior legal consultants & prominent reputed Advocate of Karachi-Pakistan. The Jamiluddin Ahmed Khan Foundation (M/S JAK Law Educational Foundation’s), is a private, non-profit educational trust or organization which was founded by his son named Mr. Shahid Jamiluddin Ahmed Khan, with all great-respect for his father’, with a view that his name should exist regardless of whether he is no more with us, on 13th, November, 2013. Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah ALL MIGHTY, he has established an ‘Educational Welfare Trust & Legal Educational Foundation’, in his memory by the name M/S JAK Law Educational Foundation’s. A major goal of the Foundation is to create basic legal awareness to all, specifically in illiterate general citizens, in all A to Z students from their childhood and try to improve the quality of basic legal education through basic or primary school level. Four objectives set the wider agenda: ensuring better early caring and learning environments for young children; increasing access to education; keeping children in school longer; and raising levels of academic achievement specifically in the law with a view to build strong foundation of the child for a good and live as a good and law abiding citizens of the nation. In common with the assistance of the senior citizens, lawyers and other donor agencies, the JAK Law Foundation intends that girls, the very poor and geographical remote populations should receive special attention, of the many factors that influence the quality of basic legal with the help the of the citizens, to make the most of its resources. The Foundation has a sharp focus, clearly defined objectives and a consistent approach to its work. It concentrates on selected issues specifically in legal education with a view to strengthening of civil society. At present with a small strength of staff and volunteers, the JAK Law Educational Foundation’s is going to start their respective obligations, struggle in the following areas of the law specifically for illiterate and children’s in the 1st instance, The details of the said main aims are as under;

10) How to file almost free of cost any complaint or case before the competent court of law or appropriate forum with a view to redress the grievances of the citizens?
