Thalassaemia is a genetic blood disorder where the body cannot produce enough healthy hemoglobin, leading to anemia and the need for regular blood transfusions. It’s a lifelong condition, but with the right care and support, patients can lead healthier lives.

PWA plays a vital role in this fight by providing free-of-cost blood transfusion services under the supervision of a consultant hematologist, ensuring patients receive safe, consistent, and quality care.
