WE OWN PAKISTAN HUMANITARIAN AND WELFARE FOUNDATION is Non Governmental, Non Profitable & Non Political Organization which is founded by Mr.

NADIR ABBAS on 14 of August in 2016. The W*P (We Own Pakistan) is an Awareness Association that value platform as a way to give young people a voice. We Own Pakistan believes thatthese types of events promotes mutual understanding and informed citizenship around the Pakistan and that its work with young people leads to increased critical thinking and tolerance, enhanced cultural exchange and greater academic excellence. And thecompetition aims is to create a competitive platform where the value of country and the issues of general concern will be highlighted by the young minds of this country.

وی اون پاکستان کے زیرِ اہتمام ملیر یونیورسٹی کراچی میں بریسٹ کینسر آگاہی پروگرام کا انعقاد

وی اون پاکستان ہیومینیٹیرین اینڈ ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن (WE OWN PAKISTAN HUMANITARIAN & WELFARE FOUNDATION) کے زیرِ اہتمام 7 اکتوبر کو ملیر یونیورسٹی کراچی میں بریسٹ کینسر (چھاتی کے سرطان) سے متعلق آگاہی پروگرام منعقد کیا گیا۔ پروگرام کا مقصد خواتین میں بریسٹ کینسر کے حوالے سے شعور اجاگر کرنا، بروقت تشخیص کی اہمیت کو اجاگر کرنا اور معاشرے میں اس مرض سے متعلق درست معلومات کو فروغ دینا تھا۔

پروگرام کے ذریعے اس بات پر زور دیا گیا کہ بریسٹ کینسر کے حوالے سے آگاہی، علامات کی بروقت شناخت، طبی معائنہ اور مستند ڈاکٹر سے رہنمائی حاصل کرنا نہایت اہم ہے۔ خواتین کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنی صحت کے حوالے سے باشعور رہیں اور کسی بھی غیر معمولی تبدیلی کی صورت میں مستند طبی ماہر سے رجوع کریں۔

وی اون پاکستان ہیومینیٹیرین اینڈ ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کے بانی و چیئرمین Nadir Abbas نے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ "بریسٹ کینسر کے حوالے سے آگاہی پیدا کرنا وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہے۔ ہماری کوشش ہے کہ خواتین میں اس مرض کی علامات، بروقت تشخیص اور طبی معائنے کی اہمیت کے بارے میں شعور اجاگر کیا جائے، کیونکہ بروقت تشخیص اور درست طبی رہنمائی علاج کے بہتر امکانات پیدا کرنے میں اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہے۔"

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ "وی اون پاکستان کا بنیادی مقصد انسانیت کی خدمت، فلاح و بہبود اور معاشرے میں مثبت تبدیلی لانا ہے۔ ہمارا یقین ہے کہ ایک فلاحی تنظیم کی ذمہ داری صرف ضرورت مند افراد کی مدد تک محدود نہیں، بلکہ معاشرے میں شعور بیدار کرنا، صحت کے حوالے سے آگاہی پھیلانا اور لوگوں کو بہتر مستقبل کی جانب راغب کرنا بھی ہے۔ بریسٹ کینسر آگاہی پروگرام اسی مشن کا حصہ ہے۔ ہم مستقبل میں بھی خواتین کی صحت، تعلیم، انسانی خدمت اور دیگر سماجی شعبوں میں اپنی کوششیں جاری رکھیں گے۔"

We are honored to welcome Dr. Samia, Consultant Medical Oncologist at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Karachi, as our distinguished guest speaker for the upcoming Breast Cancer Awareness Session organized by We Own Pakistan Humanitarian and Welfare Foundation

With over 23 years of experience in oncology and more than 15 years of active involvement in breast cancer prevention and awareness, Dr. Samia brings valuable medical expertise and experience to this important cause.

Through this session, our aim is to create awareness, encourage early detection, and remind every woman that early diagnosis can save lives. 🎀

Breast cancer should not be faced with fear or silence. Early detection gives women a better chance of receiving timely treatment and continuing their lives with happiness.
