Farozaan Environmental Protection Organization (FEPO) is a non governmental, non political, non sectarian, voluntary environmental social organization. We have privilege to be a part of various national and international campaigns on environmental safety. Pakistan particularly its largest city Karachi is severely facing many environmental issues including deforestation, air pollution, water po

llution, noise pollution, climate change, pesticide misuse, soil erosion, natural disasters and desertification since decades. Climate Change is one of the most significant issues the world faces today. It has a number of disastrous effects including increasing temperatures, melting glaciers, rising sea levels, storms, floods etc. The trees and forests play vital role in ending pollution. There is a genuine need to enhance tree plantation, vegetation and greenery in Pakistan to overcome rising pollution affecting the citizens. Plantation of trees not only makes a city beautiful but it also combats pollution and environmental degradation. Plantation can help to reduce carbon footprints, heat and noise pollution. To raise public awareness on Climate Change and environmental issues is a need of the present time and should be our collective responsibility. Activities are continued at various levels by Farozaan Environmental Protection Organization for this purpose. We struggle to ensure active participation of various categories of citizens, school, college and university students and teachers, corporate organizations, relevant government departments, non-government sectors, non-governmental organizations, writers, intellectuals, journalists and professional organizations in such activities. Secure sustainable natural environment with social cohesion. Aims and objectives:

• To run sustainable tree plantation campaign
• To arrange mass awareness seminars.
• To support Govt. organizations in managing environmental issues
• To establish think tank to resolve environmental issues
• To promote the awareness among public about environmental impact assessment issues
• To establish environmental training centre
• To provide environmental training for women
• To promote charitable activity in the coastal and desert areas among the poor people.
• To help the concerned authorities in investigating and reporting the environmental violations.
• To make liaison with national and international organizations struggling in promoting environmental safety.
• To engage in vibrant campaigns, raise awareness, mobilize people and build alliances with diverse movements, linking grassroots, national and global struggles for the preservation of the nature.
