KDSP’s HR Department recently organized an Employee Well-being in the Workplace session for our therapists, led by Sarah Amin.

The session focused on the importance of prioritizing well-being at work, recognizing workplace challenges, and developing healthy ways to manage stress. It provided our therapists with an opportunity to reflect, connect, and explore practices that can support a healthier and more balanced work environment.

Our EFL students had a wonderful workplace learning experience at Chase Up! ✨

The students took part in hands-on activities that helped them practice important everyday skills. From reading prices and navigating store aisles to selecting groceries, waiting in queues, making purchases, and even practicing as cashiers, they got to experience real-life shopping interactions in a practical setting.

The students showed great interest and enthusiasm throughout the experience. Their efforts were celebrated with certificates, goodie bags, and a delicious lunch!

The session focused on understanding speech and communication development in the later years and shared helpful strategies that parents and caregivers can use to support their children’s communication skills in everyday life.
It was a valuable opportunity for families to learn, share experiences, and gain practical insights to support continued speech development.
