Born in Mithi, Tharparkar, and raised as the son of a laborer, Khushal Das followed his curiosity and determination to create opportunities far beyond what seemed possible. From earning scholarships and studying in Lahore to traveling to the USA on a fully funded academic program, his journey has been shaped by resilience, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to learning. After completing a BS in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Data Science, he spent four years working as a software engineer with leading technology firms in Lahore. He then moved to Italy on a fully funded PhD scholarship, conducted research in Canada, and last week, at the age of 30, successfully completed his PhD in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

Khushal's story is a reminder that dreams are not limited by where a person comes from. From the deserts of Tharparkar to international classrooms, research labs, and global collaborations, his journey reflects the power of education, perseverance, and opportunity.

Congratulations, Dr. KD Parmar ! Wishing him continued success as he begins the next chapter of his journey.
