Company: Transformation International Society (www.transformation.com.pk) Transformation International Society is seeking a talented and dedicated Corporate & Community Asst. Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Corporate & Community Asst. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our corporate relationships and fostering a strong sense of community within our organization. Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and donors.
Identify opportunities for collaboration and strategic partnerships that align with our mission and values.
Proactively engage with existing corporate partners to deepen their involvement and support.
Community Building and Engagement:
Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive community within Transformation International Society.
Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate communication channels to encourage engagement and participation from our members and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with government agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, and community organizations to foster partnerships and collaborations.
Represent Transformation International Society at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the organization's visibility and influence within the corporate and community sectors.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance corporate engagement and community building efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of corporate and community initiatives, and provide regular reports to the management team. • Identify and analyze trends, emerging issues, and best practices in corporate social responsibility and community development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in corporate relationship management, community building, or stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Knowledge of corporate social responsibility principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. • Passion for social impact and commitment to driving positive change.
