Today, I had the privilege of meeting the extraordinary Hassan Haider Zaidi at Ancholi Imambaragh. His unwavering dedication and vision deeply moved me. For the past five years, Hassan has been voluntarily cultivating a garden along the funeral route of our martyrs. His intention is to create a fragrant, green, and soothing farewell path for those who sacrificed their lives for their beliefs. Amidst the scorching heat, Hassan lovingly tends to the plants, nurturing them as a heartfelt tribute.

The beauty and serenity he has created along the Imambaragh wall is a testament to his profound commitment. It is a reminder that even in the face of adversity, love and respect can flourish. Today's encounter left me inspired, appreciating the transformative power of a single individual's vision and the profound impact it can have on the lives of others.

Two years ago, we developed this poster inspired by the foresight and guidance of a great spiritual leader. Today, it stands as a reminder of the responsibility we carry forward.

We continue to draw inspiration from his actions and teachings, strengthening our commitment to environmental conservation, not only as a social responsibility, but as an essential part of our religious practice.

We extend our heartfelt condolences on the martyrdom of Ayatullah Khamanei. Our prayers are with the brave people of Iran. May Allah restore peace to the region, grant patience to the grieving, and bring an end to oppression and tyranny.

Founder of The Green Pilgrim, .ali.syed, is currently in the holy city of Karbala, and our Green Pilgrims team planted native trees yesterday at a school in Kufa.

They shared how excited and joyful the children were — these are orphans being raised in a beautifully nurturing environment at .al.zahra School.

It is absolutely heartwarming to see their smiles as they planted each tree with their own hands.

Insha’Allah, we hope to plant more trees this weekend in Najaf at another school. 🌿
