Our February Huddle began with an evening of reflection, alignment, and renewed momentum, complemented by a warm iftaar that brought the team together in high spirits.

The session proved to be both engaging and productive, as we shared key monthly updates and held focused discussion on Shaping Pakistan 2026. The exchange of ideas and collective vision reinforced our commitment.

With clear direction and strengthened collaboration, we move forward with purpose and determination to make Shaping Pakistan 2026 a big success.

Here is a glimpse of our January Huddle, focused on the curatorship elections for 2026-27. The huddle began with monthly progress, followed by election process that featured leadership proposal presentations from four candidates.

The discussion became especially engaging during the rapid fire round, where thoughtful and challenging questions were raised about each candidate’s vision and proposals.

The event concluded with the voting process and announcement of results. The energy, enthusiasm, and active participation reflected the strong commitment of Karachi Hub Shapers toward continuous growth and a progressive future.

The last huddle of the year could not be better than this. We visited Custom House Pakistan, held our huddle there, and gained a close understanding of how actually bureaucracy in Pakistan works. Mr Mumtaz Ali Khoso, DM Customs, joined us during the visit and shared his insights with the Shapers. His perspective helped us see how administrative decisions translate into real outcomes on the ground.

After the visit, we continued with updates and presentations of our ongoing projects. The session helped our new shapers understand the work in progress and the direction ahead.

This huddle closed the year with learning, exposure, and clarity on what we are building together, setting the tone for what comes next.
