A 43-year-old father of eight is bedridden and paralyzed at Jinnah Hospital due to severe chest and intestinal tuberculosis. As the sole breadwinner, his illness has left his family of 10 without any source of income.
The family is struggling with medical expenses, medicines, rent, and basic food needs. His eldest son is also unable to work as he remains at the hospital to care for his father.

آج Umeed-E-Nau Welfare Trust Regd. کو "سکونِ زندگی اولڈ ایج ہوم" کے بزرگوں کے ساتھ وقت گزارنے اور ان کے لیے کھانے کا اہتمام کرنے کی سعادت حاصل ہوئی۔
​یہ صرف کھانا کھلانا نہیں تھا، بلکہ تنہائی کے اندھیروں میں اپنانیت کا ایک چراغ جلانے کی کوشش تھی۔ جب ہم نے ان بزرگوں کے ساتھ لمحے بتائے، تو دل کی گہرائیوں سے یہ احساس جاگا کہ اصل زندگی تو دوسروں کے لیے جینے اور ان کے چہروں پر مسکراہٹ لانے کا نام ہے۔
