🌍 This Earth Day, we don't just observe. We ACT.🌱

We believe that every seed planted, every piece of trash picked up, and every voice raised for our planet creates a ripple effect that changes the world. The Earth doesn't need spectators. It needs HEROES. 🦸💚

Our home is speaking. Through rising temperatures, melting glaciers, and disappearing forests.

The question is: are we listening? 👂🏽

This Earth Day, JTS is calling on every passionate soul to step forward, roll up their sleeves, and serve the planet that has given us everything. 🤝🌿

🌻 Plant something.
♻️ Recycle something.
💧 Save natural resources.
🗣️ Spread awareness.

Because when we come together to serve, even the smallest actions grow into something extraordinary. 🌳✨

Together, we don't just mark a date on the calendar. We make a difference that lasts far beyond a single day. 💫

The Earth gave us life. Now it's our turn. 🌎❤️

👇 Tag someone who loves this planet as much as we do!

🧠🌿 World Parkinson’s Disease Day 🌿🧠

Parkinson’s Disease ranks as the second most prevalent neurodegenerative disorder worldwide, affecting over 10 million individuals globally.

It is a progressive neurological condition resulting from the degeneration of dopamine-producing neurons within the brain, which causes impaired motor function along with a variety of non-motor symptoms.

🔬 Principal Clinical Features:
• Resting tremors
• Bradykinesia (slowed movements)
• Muscle rigidity
• Postural instability

However, Parkinson’s extends beyond motor symptoms.

Patients may also experience:
• Cognitive alterations
• Sleep disturbances
• Depression and anxiety
• Autonomic dysfunction

📊 Did you know?
• The incidence of Parkinson’s increases with age, particularly after the age of 60.
• Men are marginally more affected than women.
• Early diagnosis can markedly enhance quality of life.
💊 Although there is presently no definitive cure, treatments such as Levodopa therapy, physiotherapy, and lifestyle modifications can aid in symptom management and slow disease progression.

💚 At JTS, we emphasise the importance of early detection, patient support, and ongoing research, recognising that awareness constitutes the initial step toward improved care. 🌍

💬 Please comment 🧠 to foster awareness.
