You are cordially invited to attend the exhibition of *Fourth Year Design Studio Project* _“ Aashiyana: Inclusive and Resilient housing for persons with disabilities (PWDs)”_ in collaboration with KUDHI foundation at the Department of Architecture and Planning, NED University and Technology, City Campus, Karachi

*Monday 27th April* 12noon till 4:00pm
*Tuesday and Wednesday 28th -29th April* 9am till 4:00pm

It is a real-life project supervised by Dr. Saeed Uddin Ahmed, Ar. Saadia Bano, Ar. Sarah A. Khan, and Ar. Anum Razi. It will be the first housing project in Pakistan for PWDs, to be constructed in collaboration with Khudi Foundation.

Architecture students from NED explored the heritage of Sindh through an educational visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Mohenjo-daro, along with visits to heritage sites in Khairpur. The visit offered valuable on-site learning in history, architecture, and heritage conservation, experienced by Batch 2024 beyond the classroom.
Special thanks to Endowment Fund Trust for Preservation of the Heritage of Sindh and Sindh Tourism Development Corporation STDC for making this learning experience possible.
