Ittehad Welfare Foundation is working as non-governmental, non-profit and charitable Foundation works round the clock, without any discrimination on the basis of color, race, language, religion or politics. Founder of Ittehad Welfare Foundation aimed to positively participate in the field of health, education, financial sustainability, shelter, availability of clean water, unwelcome disasters and other aspects of life. below is summery of Team Ittehad initiatives till 2022.

� 756 Grocery bags have been provided to most deserving families.
� 715 penitents supported by medical faciality.
� 10 Rozgar Setups provided to deserving families.
� 14 Wedding stuff provided to deserving girls.
� 17 Hand pump have been installed at interior Sindh.
� 11 Children have been provided educational support.
� 40 Maddaris have been supported by providing 1800 Quran, 1560 Norani Qaida, 1250 Asan Namaz, 450 Desk and 44 Carpet, 7 Electric coolers & 6 sample coolers.
� 2 Masjid and 2 Maddarsa construction.
� 6 Masjid (provided Kafan for deserving families).
� 1500 families have covered in Flood Relief (800 blankets, 500 ration, 1500 suits, 300 water bottles).
� 1 Baby girl Adopted

خاموش باورچی خانہ - امریکہ کی طرف سے برصغیر کے لیے ایک ثقافتی وارننگ*
_（آرام سے پڑھنے اور غور کرنے کے قابل）_

*1. جب باورچی خانہ خاموش ہو جائے تو خاندان ٹوٹنا شروع ہو جاتا ہے*
- کیا آپ نے کبھی سوچا تھا کہ ایک خاموش باورچی خانہ کسی قوم کا مستقبل بدل سکتا ہے؟
- یہ امریکہ میں ہوا — اور اگر ہم نے وقت پر سبق نہ سیکھا تو یہ پاکستان میں بھی ہو سکتا ہے۔

*2. 1970 کی دہائی میں امریکہ کیسا تھا:*
- دادا، دادی، والدین اور بچے ایک ساتھ رہتے تھے۔
- ہر شام خاندان ایک ساتھ دسترخوان پر گھر کا پکا ہوا کھانا کھاتا تھا۔
- کھانا صرف پیٹ بھرنے کے لیے نہیں تھا — یہ محبت اور اقدار کو جوڑنے کا ذریعہ تھا۔

*3. 1980 کے بعد: امریکہ میں ثقافتی تبدیلی*
- فاسٹ فوڈ، ٹیک اوے اور ریسٹورنٹ کلچر نے گھر کے کھانے کی جگہ لے لی۔
- والدین پیسہ کمانے میں مصروف ہو گئے؛ بچے پیزا، برگر اور پروسیسڈ فوڈ کے عادی ہو گئے۔
- بزرگوں کی آوازیں مدھم پڑ گئیں، خاندانی رشتے کمزور ہو گئے۔

*4. نظر انداز کی گئی وارننگز اور دردناک نتائج*
- ماہرین نے خبردار کیا تھا: "اگر تم اپنا باورچی خانہ کارپوریشنز کے حوالے کر دو گے اور خاندان کی دیکھ بھال حکومت کے سپرد کر دو گے، تو خاندان ٹوٹ جائیں گے۔"
- کسی نے نہیں سنا — اور پیش گوئیاں سچ ثابت ہوئیں۔

*5. امریکہ میں روایتی خاندانی نظام کا خاتمہ*
- 1971 میں 71% امریکی گھروں میں روایتی خاندان تھے (والدین + بچے)۔
- آج یہ صرف 20% رہ گیا ہے۔
- اب کیا بچا ہے؟
- بزرگ اولڈ ہومز میں
- نوجوان اکیلے کرائے کے فلیٹس میں
- شادیاں ٹوٹ رہی ہیں
- بچے تنہائی کا شکار

*6. امریکہ میں طلاق کی شرح*
- پہلی شادی: 50%
- دوسری شادی: 67%
- تیسری شادی: 74%

*7. یہ محض اتفاق نہیں — یہ "خاموش باورچی خانے" کی قیمت ہے*
- گھر کے کھانے میں صرف کیلوریز نہیں ہوتیں:
- ماں کے ہاتھ کا ذائقہ
- دادا کی دانائی
- دادی کی کہانیاں
- اور ایک ساتھ کھانے کا جادو
- لیکن اب اکثر گھروں میں کھانا food panda سے آتا ہے۔
- باورچی خانہ مر جاتا ہے، اور گھر صرف ایک مکان بن کر رہ جاتا ہے — خاندان نہیں۔

*8. صحت کا بحران*
- امریکہ میں فاسٹ فوڈ کی لت کی وجہ سے:
- موٹاپا
- شوگر
- دل کے امراض
- ہیلتھ انڈسٹری اس قابلِ روک تھام زوال سے فائدہ اٹھا رہی ہے۔

*9. لیکن ابھی دیر نہیں ہوئی — ہم اپنے باورچی خانے دوبارہ روشن کر سکتے ہیں*
- جاپان آج بھی مل کر کھانا پکاتا اور کھاتا ہے — اور وہ سب سے لمبی عمر پاتے ہیں۔
- بحیرہ روم کی ثقافتوں میں کھانا مقدس ہے — اور رشتے بھی۔

*10. وارننگ بیل — میٹروز میں کلاؤڈ کچن سے فاسٹ فوڈ آرڈر ہو رہا ہے*
براہِ مہربانی باورچی خانے کو مرنے مت دیں
- باہر کے کھانے پر بڑھتا انحصار روکنا ہوگا۔
- خاندانی کھانوں کا وقت کم ہو رہا ہے
- تنہائی اور بیماریاں بڑھ رہی ہیں

*آج آپ کیا کر سکتے ہیں:*
- اپنا چولہا دوبارہ جلائیں۔
- ایک کھانا خود پکائیں۔
- اپنے خاندان کو دسترخوان پر بلائیں۔
- کیونکہ بیڈ روم مکان بناتے ہیں، لیکن باورچی خانہ خاندان بناتا ہے۔

*آخری بات:*
