Rotary Club of Karachi Roshni is proud to partner with BINAE Welfare Association and Inclusive Destiny in celebrating the successful completion of the Advanced Excel & Power BI Training Program for visually impaired students.

Over 12 intensive sessions, participants developed valuable corporate skills in Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, data modeling, dashboard creation, and professional reporting. The certification ceremony recognized the dedication and achievements of 12 outstanding graduates who are now better equipped for today's digital workplace.

We were honored by the presence of Dr. Naseer Ahmed Shaikh, Chair Vocational Training, Rotary District 3271, and Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed, Director Operations, SPDPA, Government of Sindh, whose encouragement inspired our graduates.

Together, we remain committed to promoting inclusive education, digital empowerment, and equal opportunities for every individual.

Rotary Club of Karachi Roshni proudly organized a Maternal and Child Health Camp at Baba Island in collaboration with Captain Izhar of the Navy League, reaffirming our commitment to Rotary’s Area of Focus: Maternal and Child Health.

The camp brought together 50–60 mothers for informative sessions on pregnancy care, newborn health, child development, and personal hygiene. Expert guidance was provided by Dr. Muneeza and Dr. Mrs. Naveed, followed by free medical consultations and personalized healthcare advice. Rtn. Anita Kirmani also conducted an awareness session on hygiene and preventive healthcare.

This meaningful initiative, facilitated by Rtn. Atiya Izhar and Rtn. Anita Kirmani, empowered mothers with essential health knowledge and reinforced our mission of creating healthier families and stronger communities through service above self.

The Installation Ceremony of Rotary Club of Roshni Karachi for Rotary Year 2026–27 marked the beginning of another inspiring journey of leadership, fellowship, and service above self.
The evening celebrated the installation of the new leadership team, welcomed distinguished Rotary leaders and guests, and reaffirmed our commitment to creating lasting impact through meaningful community service.

Rotary Club of Roshni Karachi, in collaboration with BINAE Welfare Association and the FPCCI Central Standing Committee on Women Education & Training, proudly co-hosted the Visionary Voices Seminar at Federation House, Karachi.

The seminar served as a powerful platform to promote the empowerment of visually impaired women through education, vocational training, entrepreneurship, and workplace inclusion. Distinguished guests, industry leaders, social activists, and community members came together to exchange ideas, inspire change, and advocate for equal opportunities.

From thought-provoking panel discussions and inspiring success stories to live skill demonstrations, entrepreneurial showcases, and remarkable performances by visually impaired individuals, the event highlighted the immense talent, resilience, and potential within the blind community.

Empowering Youth Through Skills & Opportunity

Rotary Club Karachi Roshni proudly facilitated the visit of 15 alumni from Roshni Public School to The Hunar Foundation for admission into its Skill Development Program.

Led by Mr. Adil Zeeshan, the students attended an orientation session, explored various vocational training opportunities, and selected courses aligned with their interests and career goals. Most chose Computer and Stitching courses, building upon the foundational skills they had already acquired at Roshni Public School.

This initiative reflects our continued commitment to equipping young people with practical skills, fostering self-reliance, and creating pathways toward brighter, sustainable futures.

Together, we continue to transform potential into opportunity.

A proud beginning to the Rotary Year 2026–27! 🌟 Rotary Club Karachi Roshni celebrated the Installation Ceremony with the investiture of President Atiya Izhar and General Secretary Anita Kirmani, while applauding the district appointments of Faizan Iqbal (Assistant Governor Zone 6 District 3271), Anita Kirmani (District Co-Chair, Breast Cancer Awareness) , and Sadaf Tahir (District Co-Chair, Mental Health). Together, we look forward to a year of impactful service, strong leadership, and meaningful fellowship as we continue creating hope and making a lasting difference in our communities.
