A 12 years old boy, who was all happy because it was his birthday while having dinner fan dropped on his head and he got unconcious right after he was taken to nearby clinic where he was put on drips and he gained his consciousness he was then brought back home then he started having seizures the episode got more frequent and lengthy by each passing hour he was again taken to the clinic where they asked the parents to take him to agha khan
Father received his salary a few days back so whatever they had they took there for his treatment but as soon as they entered the hospital all the labs were done he was immediately taken for ct scan and the charges they were told were beyond their capacity so they took loan from the family members and got it done but father was worried as he knew he couldn't afford the treatment there so he contacted his landlord for suggestion who is also his friend there they gave our contact to him to see if we could help they have been told that he immediately needs neurosurgery which would cost around 12 lac which is way beyond there capacity
Father has contacted us for help he has pleaded to save his son's life as he is his only son and he don't want to lose him just because he cannot afford his treatment
We are in contact with a neuro surgeon for her and he has quoted us 220,000 for the surgery in Times general hospital
Parents have given consent to shift him as its even beyond our capacity to arrange funds for his surgery and treatment in akuh
And saving his life is our priority Inshallah
He is currently in critical condition and immediately needs to be shifted and get the required treatment
It's crucial for us to arrange funds on time as delay could cost his life

⚠️ 2 extremely urgent C section cases ‼️

We have 2 very urgent major c-section cases

One is a lady who is full term but they are unable to bear the cost of surgery in any private hospital and went to abbasi shaheed for delivery where they asked her to arrange amount for medicines and labs and incubator for the baby if incase it's needed in any private hospital as they can't commit availability of incubator if needed at that moment the management in the hospital is soo unprofessional nobody knows when the doctor will be available for surgery no date is given till now they are only delying and making excuses. They then went to anabiya hospital in nazimabad so they have asked her to get admitted immediately as her due date is already passed and it's huge risk for both mother and baby as she is a hypertensive patient.
She works as house help and since she is unable to work in this condition she has lost all her work and they currently have no source of income atm husband is jobless and is very ill since 3 months all the savings they had for the baby is used during this period for both of their treatments and for running their household
They live in a rented house and are badly in need of help for surgery
2nd is a case of a lady who is separated from her husband and probably will get divorced soon after baby's delivery as he used to abuse her physically during her pregnancy and even before that
She belongs to a very poor family her parents are both very old and poor, they live in a quarter in a goth she has no siblings who can cover her expenses.. husband has abandoned her completely hasn't visited her in 5 months
She contacted us for help as she has no where to go for help and is very helpless atm
She doesn't want to lose her child at any cost and is clueless how she would bear further expenses on her own
For now we have committed her for her surgery and initial baby medical requirements later we will see what can be done for her Inshallah

Initially we are in need of 130,000 for both of their c sections
Both of them are eligible for zakat and sadqa both

An orphan girl is getting married tomorrow on 2nd of August but unfortunately they have no arrangements for dinner for the guests they haven't invited their guests due to no arrangements for the wedding dinner but have invited few guests from groom's side of the family they have managed to arrange for a tent for wedding in front of their house
Her widow mother has requested for help as they are 3 women on the house only who are looking after everything on their own they don't have any male figure in their house
Mother has requested us to arrange food for wedding only so they can proceed with honor
She is too worried and continuously asking if we can do it as they have no other option than to ask us for help
We need to pay for arrangements by tonight or else they will cancel the booking

Extremely critical case

Case reference 1761

Komal who is just 15 years old is in critical condition gasping on vent
She is diagnosed with tb and is suffering from it since 3 years now
Her lungs are collapsed and doctors are trying really hard to revert her from vent
Chances of her survival is 20% only but parents don't want to loose hope and stop trying to bring her back to life as she is their only daughter
Father sells vegetables on cart hardly earns 16k to 17k monthly they live in a rented house all they had they have already utilized for her treatments soo far she is on vent since 2 days now and might stay on vent for a day or 2 and hopefully Inshallah will revert from vent and will be shifted to icu but for that they need our support badly
They have pleaded us for help for her treatment as they now have nothing in hand and are helpless rightnow all they can do for now is prayers and ask us for help for her treatment as much as we can

Currently we are in urgent need of 125,000 for her as her dues has already exceeded 75,000 and staying on vent and in hospital for next few days would cost 50,000 or more

Incase if we need more funds for her we might reopen the case but for now we need funds for her treatment and for the injections that are very costly but too crucial for her condition stability

1 month old baby Irza is diagnosed with cranial head mass (tumor) at the back of her head
Doctor has adviced immediate surgery as its turning blue and can be fatal
Her surgery is required on immediate basis it's will be a high risk surgery with duration of 4 to 6 hours she needs to be admitted asap and will be prepared for the neuro surgery soon and will be kept in ICU for 4 to 5 days
Parents have pleaded for help they are helpless right now have nothing in hand for her treatment and admission and they can't lose their only child just because they can't afford her surgery cost
Father is a reseller hardly earns 22000 monthly and they live in a rented house and are already going through alot...

Need to arrange 10 rashan bags for 10 extremely deserving families

They starve along with kids if we get late sending them rashan bags
Some are only aged couple
Some are single mothers with kids..
