Sindh Public Development Organization (SPDO) Kashmore , Non Government Organization which working on Youth Empowerment & women empowerment in Kashmore District of Sindh Province. District Kashmore@kandhkot is one of backward districts of Sindh province, Citizens and Rural Communities of Kashmore@kandhkot are facing many problems like Economical, less education facilities, lake of health facilities
and others. This area is backward according to modern technologies also, all because of carelessness of the government and injustice of Landlord (Wadiras) and system of feudalism. We felt our basic necessities are not getting full filled here. We thought and concluded that we must need a small team and a platform to work for development solutions of all above mentioned problems. We started our efforts in collecting information regarding the NGOs and Social Welfare Organizations; i.e. how to register it, what are the basic formalities for getting started an organization. After a bunch of hard work we successfully registered SINDH PUBLIC DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (SPDO) as Social Welfare Organization under ORDINANCE No. XLVI OF 1961 (REGISTRATION AND CONTROL ORDINANCE 1961: An Ordinance to provide for the registration and control of voluntary social welfare agencies)

OBJECTIVES
• To create awareness among the communities for collective action
• To motivate and mobilize the communities to participate in the socio economic development including family planning, health, education, vocational training and income generation activities.
• To assist the communities to eliminate social evils including narcotics
• To raise literacy rate of the community
• To provide equal opportunities to male and female members of the communities in skill development and disable care and rehabilitation
