The Board of Trustees of Captain Muazzam Ali Shaheed Welfare Trust acts as the governing body of the hospital. All the Trustees work on a voluntary basis and at the same time make significant personal financia

l contributions to the hospital. The Trustees and the management work as a team to assure successful development and implementation of procedures, documentation, and workflows. Their focus is to manage the inflow of donations, Zakat (charity) disbursement as per Islamic/Sharia requirements, and proper efficient utilization of funds.
