Ayesha Fazal Welfare Trust was established in 2016 by a group of concerned citizens of Village Kanyal at Saraye Alamgir Jhelum, Punjab Pakistan in order to provide basic health care needs to people of Village Kanyal and surrounding areas. We are a dedicated team of doctors and volunteers who provide their services to patients with basic health care needs. More serious patients are admitted to local hospitals in District Jhelum and Gujrat and we also transport patients to hospitals in Rawalpindi like Fauji Foundation hopsital and CMH Rawalpindi through our Ambulance service for critical care and surgical interventions. We are a non-profit organization who depends on donations from the citizens of Pakistan.
