On behalf of Bazeecha Welfare founder, special thanks to Ms. Ayesha Luqman, GM Operations Mr. Rana Rashid Ali, and the entire management team of Dino Valley for arranging a fun-filled day so thoughtfully for us at Dino Valley on Saturday May 23, 2016. Your generosity, hospitality, and support made this trip truly memorable for our children. Also we would like to thank Ms Arshia Kamal for her kind support in making this happen. May Allah reward you all manifold for this kindness and bless you all with continued success and happiness.

This trip was planned to celebrate the brilliant achievements of the talented girls of Bazeecha Welfare Foundation, in recognition of their outstanding performance in both academics and extracurricular activities.

This celebration was not only a reward for their hard work, but also a reminder that every achievement deserves to be acknowledged and encouraged.

آج میرا دل شکرگزاری اور جذبات سے بھرا ہوا ہے کیونکہ میں ایک روشن ترین ستارے کے بارے میں لکھ رہی ہوں ہماری پیاری ملکہ
ملکہ ایک ایسا نام جس کا مطلب ہی رانی ہے
اور واقعی وہ سب کے دلوں کی رانی بن چکی ہے
مجھے آج بھی وہ دن یاد ہیں جب 2005 Kashmir earthquake کے بعد Bazeecha Welfare Foundation کی بنیاد رکھی گئی تھی ہر طرف درد خوف اور ٹوٹے ہوئے خواب تھے مگر انہی حالات میں امید کا ایک چراغ بھی روشن ہوا انہی معصوم چہروں میں ایک ننھی سی بچی بھی تھی شاید چھ یا سات برس کی خاموش سہمی ہوئی مگر اندر سے بے حد مضبوط وہ بچی ملکہ تھی
اس وقت شاید ہم میں سے کسی نے بھی یہ نہیں سوچا تھا کہ یہی ننھی سی بچی ایک دن اتنی باوقار بااعتماد اور خوبصورت شخصیت کی مالک بن جائے گی
آج ملکہ صرف بزیچہ کی بچی نہیں رہی بلکہ وہ اس ادارے کی مشعل بردار بن چکی ہے
اسے ادارے کے معاملات سنبھالتے ہوئے بچیوں کی دیکھ بھال کرتے ہوئے ذمہ داریاں نبھاتے ہوئے دیکھ کر دل فخر سے بھر جاتا ہے وہ ہماری شاندار ڈائریکٹرز Hina Qureshi Rubeena Amer اور ان تمام لوگوں کی محبت تربیت اور خلوص کا خوبصورت نتیجہ ہے جنہوں نے اس کی شخصیت سنوارنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کیا
وہ واقعی دوسری ماں کی بیٹی جیسی ہے
اس سے زیادہ خوبصورت منظر کیا ہو سکتا ہے کہ ایک بچی جسے کبھی سہارا درکار تھا آج خود دوسروں کا سہارا بن گئی ہے یہی اصل انسانیت ہے یہی اصل خدمت ہے خدمت صرف وقتی مدد کا نام نہیں بلکہ کسی زندگی میں اس وقت تک سرمایہ کاری کرنا ہے جب تک وہ خود روشنی بن کر دوسروں کے راستے روشن نہ کرنے لگے
ملکہ کی کہانی ہم سب کے لیے ایک پیغام ہے کہ اس دنیا میں ہماری ذمہ داری صرف اپنے بچوں تک محدود نہیں ہمارے اردگرد بے شمار بچے ایسے ہیں جنہیں محبت تحفظ تعلیم اور ایک صحت مند ماحول کی ضرورت ہے ہمیں انہیں دین اور دنیا دونوں کی تعلیم دینی ہے تاکہ وہ باوقار اور کامیاب انسان بن سکیں
اگر ہماری وجہ سے ایک بھی بچہ اعتماد کے ساتھ کھڑا ہو جائے تو ہماری زندگی کا مقصد پورا ہو جاتا ہے
اور آج ملکہ نے ہمیں بے حد فخر دیا ہے
اس کی عاجزی اس کی مضبوطی اس کا وقار بزیچہ کی تمام بچیاں اسے محبت اور احترام کی نگاہ سے دیکھتی ہیں ہمارے ڈائریکٹرز اس میں برسوں کی محنت دعا اور خلوص کا ثمر دیکھتے ہیں وہ امید کی علامت ہے وہ تبدیلی کی علامت ہے وہ اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ جب انسان محبت اور انسانیت کا انتخاب کرتا ہے تو زندگیاں بدل جاتی ہیں
ہماری پیاری ملکہ
اللہ تعالیٰ تمہیں ہمیشہ کامیابیاں عطا فرمائے تمہیں مزید عزت حکمت اور خوشیاں دے تم ہمیشہ ان بچیوں کے لیے روشنی اور حوصلے کا ذریعہ بنی رہو جو تمہیں اپنا آئیڈیل سمجھتی ہیں اور تمہارا دل ہمیشہ اسی طرح خوبصورت اور نرم رہے
تم بزیچہ میں ایک ننھی سی بچی بن کر آئی تھیں
مگر آج تم اس کے دل کی رانی بن چکی ہو
اور واقعی تم ایک بہت خوبصورت ملکہ بن گئی ہو ❤️❤️❤️

Bazeecha Welfare Foundation Assistant Manager Malka’s Experience in her own words…

It is an honor for me to attend the Breathe Pakistan Conference 2026 at Serena Hotel, Islamabad. 💚

The conference reminded me that floods, heatwaves, and dirty air are not distant threats, they are hurting Pakistan right now. We emit so little, yet suffer so much.

What I learned? Awareness is not enough. Time is running out. Let's save water, plant trees, and act, today.
