Talha Saleem, Founder of The Advocacy Forum and Member of the Prime Minister’s National Youth Council, represented Prime Minister's Youth Programme Sindh in the Validation Workshop on the National Adolescents & Youth Policy, a pivotal consultation aimed at aligning provincial insights with Pakistan’s national youth development agenda. 🇵🇰
The workshop convened key stakeholders from across the country, including representatives of the Government of Sindh — notably the Departments of Youth Affairs, Social Welfare, Education,Chief Secretary’s Office and the Chief Minister's Office alongside UNICEF and Prime Minister's Office. Discussions focused on addressing implementation gaps, establishing sustainable funding mechanisms, and strengthening monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure effective policy ex*****on.
During the session, Sindh’s Consultative Document, developed under Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Sindh in partnership with The Advocacy Forum was presented. The document encapsulates the voices, priorities, and aspirations of Sindh’s youth from diverse social and geographic backgrounds, ensuring their meaningful representation in the national policy framework.
