Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications : You need a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related field. For subject-specific teaching, a degree in that subject is required. A teaching license from your home country is usually necessary, along with at least two years of teaching experience.
2. Certification : A valid teaching license is essential. English teachers might also need a TEFL certification.
3. KHDA Approval: Teachers must obtain an "initial appointment" from Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) through the hiring school.

Salary Range:
Teachers in private schools can expect a tax-free salary ranging from 5,000 to 21,000 AED per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, schools often provide benefits like housing or housing allowances, annual airfare, and health insurance.

Majida Fahmy has been nominated for Women’s Achievement Awards 2022 under the category "Street Child Education from Rawalpindi.

Introduction:
A shepherd girl from the mountain’s of Hunza is determined to give all children access to quality education. She started as a social activist working on street children and has been awarded “Pride of Pakistan Award” by Government of Pakistan and ISPR.
