Emergency responders and specialized Bomb Disposal Unit personnel often operate in high-risk environments where immediate trauma care can save lives.

Two Blast Trauma Care (BTC) courses were organized with the Punjab Emergency Service Department (ESA) in Lahore for personnel from Rescue 1122, Civil Defence, emergency services, and the KP Police Bomb Disposal Unit, strengthening their ability to manage severe injuries, control bleeding, and provide life-saving emergency care.

By enhancing the preparedness of frontline responders, these trainings contribute to improving trauma response and increasing the chances of survival during the critical “Golden Hour” following emergencies and explosive incidents.

A Trauma Care Course was organized for emergency professionals in collaboration with the Punjab Emergency Service Department (Rescue 1122), strengthening their ability to respond to critical injuries and medical emergencies.

In today’s fast-evolving information landscape, humanitarian reporting has become increasingly important for journalists in Pakistan. Reporting on crises and conflict situations demands accuracy, sensitivity, and responsibility to ensure affected communities are represented with dignity and truth.
A Two-Day Humanitarian Reporting Workshop was organized in Lahore to strengthen journalists’ skills in humanitarian storytelling. The sessions focused on crisis reporting, impactful storytelling, countering misinformation in conflict settings, and digital verification in the age of AI equipping media professionals to keep humanity at the heart of journalism.
