PSDF team met with Moawin Foundation in Islamabad to explore a new partnership under Mein Digital-II
Under the proposed collaboration, Moawin Foundation's network of computer labs and Vocational Training Institutes across Punjab will be leveraged to host Community Learning Centers for PSDF's Mein Digital-II program, extending digital skills training to women and youth in underserved communities who cannot be reached through home-based delivery.
The partnership will kick off with a pilot phase at two Moawin institutes, with a shared ambition to reach up to 4,500 beneficiaries over three years, working across Moawin's community footprint in districts including Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Multan, Pakpattan, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Narowal and Sialkot.
This collaboration reflects PSDF's continued commitment to bringing digital livelihoods within reach of women and youth in rural Punjab, working through trusted community institutions already embedded on the ground.
