Another step of Major Raja Hamid Mahmood Memorial Trust(MRHM) towards alleviating poverty from the society with the help of donors like you.
Malik Shahzad lives in a small village of District Lodhran, one of the poorest areas of Punjab( Pakistan). In between part time jobs,he also attends classes in a commerce college, Lahore. Despite being the youngest ,he is the only earning hand in a family of eight making it tough for the family to make ends meet. With no readily available employment for his elder brother or any other family members they are dependent on the meager amount Shahzaad sends every month to his mother.
Malik Shehzad approached MHRM Memorial Trust ® for help to purchase a rickshaw for his elder brother.Upon receipt of this request, MHRM Memorial Trust with the help of donors arranged the requisite amount and after proper evaluation, the Trust bought him a brand new rickshaw. Now Shahzaad is a proud owner of Rickshaw which his elder brother plies in the village, supporting his family.
Incidentally this is the first rickshaw in the village which is handy for any one in that locality not only for commuting but also for transportation of fresh vegetables to the nearby markets. It has also solved another problem of the village- pick and drop of young girl students of his village to nearby school and college.
MHRM Memorial Trust takes this opportunity to congratulate Shahzaad for taking the initiative and thanks all the donors who contributed in this noble cause. We expect the same cooperation from our valued patrons for purchase of another Rickshaw, costing one lac (100,000) rupees .Kindly visit our website for donation. Any amount, large or small is welcome
