As the concluding moment of the National Youth Conclave commemorating the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, participants signed the Youth Declaration Against Human Trafficking, pledging to become awareness multipliers within their schools, universities, workplaces, and communities.

This declaration represents more than a signature, it is a commitment to promote safe migration, challenge misinformation, raise awareness about trafficking in persons, and contribute to building communities that are informed, vigilant, and resilient against exploitation.

Together, we reaffirm that preventing human trafficking begins with informed and empowered youth.

🌍 Event Highlights | National Youth Conclave 2026

A powerful day of dialogue, learning, and youth engagement at the National Youth Conclave commemorating the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, organized under the theme “Preventing Human Trafficking Through Youth Engagement.”

From immersive “Red Flag” simulations and real-time digital surveys to an insightful multi-stakeholder panel discussion, scenario-based decision-making, and youth-led reflections, the conclave created a dynamic platform to understand and address the realities of trafficking in persons.

We were honored to host distinguished representatives from FIA, IOM Pakistan, academia, civil society, and an inspiring group of young participants committed to driving change in their communities.

The event concluded with a Youth Declaration, artwork exhibition, and a shared commitment to promoting safe migration and preventing exploitation.

Together, we move from awareness to action.

🎨 A Lasting Symbol of Awareness

As part of the National Youth Conclave commemorating the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, Legal ID Foundation proudly donated a collection of youth-created artworks to Roots IVY International Uni, Serene City, DHA 3 Islamabad

Created by students from schools, colleges, and universities over the past three years, these artworks reflect powerful messages on human trafficking, exploitation, vulnerability, and safe migration. Each piece represents the voice of a young artist committed to raising awareness and inspiring action.

The collection will be displayed as a dedicated Awareness Corner at the campus, serving as a lasting educational resource that encourages students and visitors to reflect on the importance of preventing human trafficking and promoting safe migration.

May these artworks continue to spark conversations, inspire compassion, and remind us all that awareness is the first step toward prevention.
