Shirakat Working together for Equality & Social Justice! Shirakat is a non-governmental organization working on human rights and women’s rights in Pakistan.

The organization is governed by a board of directors including development professionals, gender and human rights activists and behavioral change communication specialists. The board is responsible for policy guidance, management and review of performance of the organization. Thematic Areas of Work and Strategies:

Shirakat Foundation invites sealed proposals from qualified and experienced individual consultants and registered training organizations to deliver professional training services in the areas outlined below.

Scope of Training

The selected trainer(s) will conduct 3 days training on Climate Resilience and Disaster Response with youth Led CSOs in
- Rawalpindi
- Lahore

The assignment includes the delivery training on the following thematic areas
1. Climate change,Local Impacts and climate justice
2. Community risk assessment and mapping
3. Climate Adaptation, mitigation and disaster risk reduction
4. Community Preparedness, early warning and Safe response
6. Coordination, communication and Youth -Led community resilience action planning

Eligibility Criteria
Interested applicants must meet the following requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in delivering training in the relevant thematic areas
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Relevant academic and professional qualifications
Demonstrated record of successful training assignments (references required)

Submission Requirements
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

1. Detailed Curriculum Vitae (for individuals) or company profile (for firms)

2. Proposed training methodology and delivery approach

3. Work plan, including timeline and duration

4. Technical and financial proposal with clearly itemized costs

5. At least two references or evidence of previous training assignments

6. Valid business registration and tax compliance certificates (for firms only)

The selected trainer(s) will conduct 3 days Basic Leadership and Management Skill training (BLMST) to equips youth groups with the essential skills to transition from informal groups into Civil society organisation (CSOs) in the following cities:
- Rawalpindi
- Lahore

The assignment includes the delivery training on the following thematic areas
1. Leadership Fundamentals
2. Governance and Structure
3. Community mobilisation and participation
4. Organizational systems and policies
5. Financial management and record keeping
6. Monitoring and Evaluation
7. Fundraising and proposal writing

Eligibility Criteria

Shirakat Foundation is offering three-month free Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) courses for women in the following areas:

Beautician and Beauty Care
Computer and Digital Skills
Tailoring and Dressmaking

In addition to free vocational training, eligible participants will also receive a monthly stipend of PKR 3,000 to support their participation throughout the training period.
