Diana MacArthur, affectionately known as the "Mother of Murtazabad," has been honored with the Tamgha-i-Khidmat by the Government of Pakistan in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the people of Murtazabad. Her efforts led to the establishment of a state-of-the-art school, along with modern infrastructure ensuring access to clean drinking water and proper sanitation.
She visited Pakistan to personally thank all the individuals, organizations, and partners who supported her in bringing these vital projects to life.
Madam Diana not only built infrastructure, but she also inspired a strong sense of community and instilled in us the values of service and collective responsibility.
On behalf of the entire Murtazabad community, I, as President of AMESWO, extend my deepest gratitude to Madam Diana MacArthur and everyone who played a part in making these projects a reality.
