Pravalli Welfare Trust Pravalli Welfare Trust works for the Welfare of humanity in the fields of Water supply, Education, Health care, Environment and Child/Women Protection.

Pravalli Welfare Trust is working for the help of lesser fortunate segment of our society, in Pakistan, since last 22 years. ‘’Pravalli’’ in local language means ‘’brotherhood’’ or ‘’Bhai Chara’’. In the last 22 years we have completed 2540 water supply schemes, (Women had to walk 1 or 2 kms to get water), helped 754 orphan girls in marriage, 2290 widows were given goats to sustain themselves. 13

3 widows being supported through monthly cash help, 24846 fruit and other trees planted, 113
free medical camps have been arranged in remote hilly areas. Running 24 School in Thar and Baluchista with free education. Established 275 Agriculture farms with Solar Pumps in Thar desert area. 1108 houses were illuminated with solar electricity in Thar. For details please visit www.pravalli.org

1. Ramzan Package for widows and poor
In this Ramzan we reached out to 1572 widows and destitute families from Skardu, Galgit to 6 districts if Baluchistan, 8 district of Sind including Thar desert area, flood affected families in Punjab and five districts of KPK. In that we gave Rs. 5000 cash to each deserving family, mostly widows. This year RRAI-USA was our biggest donor who helped 400 families. Jazak Allah Khair.

2. Houses for Homeless.
We started this program 3 years back after 2022 floods in Sind and Baluchistan. With the overwhelming support of our brothers and sisters we completed 910 houses and handed them over to the families (95 % widows)(الحمد اللہ). Work on 13 more houses is in progress. Largest no of houses were donated by Forgotten Women UK (315).

3. Trees Plantation
Next trees plantation will be done in July/ August 2026 in Sind and Baluchistan. In March this year 2200 Trees were distributed in Northern areas. In July/ August 2025 we distributed 14,000 Trees in Sind including Thar Desert areas and Baluchistan.

4. Water supply Schemes.
In total 3950 water schemes have been completed in the last 26 years. These are spread all over Sind, Baluchistan, KPK, AJK, and Punjab. Cost of these schemes vary with depth, type of soil and type of scheme given.

5. Adopt a Widow & her Children. Send money directly to her account. .
You can help widows by sending money directly to widow’s bank account.
145 widows are being helped/ looked after by our worthy donors by sending money directly to their bank accounts. (Minimum Rs. 10,000). We only indicate the deserving widows to them. If a friend wants to support a widow and her orphan children, we will provide them all details of the family. They can directly talk to the family.

6. Education in Thar and Baluchistan.

We are thankful to Qureshi International Foundation for supporting 5 Schools and Malik family with friends who are also supporting 5 Schools.
Pravalli Trust is running 19 schools in Thar Desert areas and Sind with free education. 7 more schools are working in Baluchistan giving free education. One in Rawapindi poor area. Total 27 schools with free education. Cost for support a school is Rs. 14,000 per month which is salary of teacher. Yearly cost for Donors is 168,000. Rest of the expenditures are paid by trust.

7. Helping most vulnerable with small Monthly Help.
In this program about 43 widows and destitute are being helped on monthly
basis. Rs. 5000 are sent to them via easy paisa in their account. If some friend wants to help one such widow by sending her Rs. 5000 each month directly to her, we can share her Easy Paisa account no of the family.

8. Technical Training
In the latest 5 courses 48 students completed their Technical Training. These courses are of 3 months duration. We pay their tuition fee and provided accommodation. Courses offered are:--
Graphic Designing, 2. IT Office Assistant. 3. Spoken English with Gulf security, 4 Autocad 5. Web development/ Designing, 6. Video Editing 7. Digital marketing. 8. Free lancing, 9. Quantity survey. 10. Amazon virtual assistance. 11. Plumber. 12. Electrician.
In previous programs we trained 97 boys in AC/fridge repairs, 53 as Electricians, 11 as Motor cycle mechanic, 39 in computer, 62 as plumbers and 40 as Auto Electricians.

9. Medical Camps.
Two Medical camps are held each month …. one in Sind and one in KPK on monthly basis. 75 camps have been organized in which patients are given free medicines.

10. Technical Training centers for training jobless.
We are running 12 sewing centers to train ladies in stitching of clothes and Two computer centers to train boys and girls in computers handling. One center is in Hyderabad in which 142 have been trained and 8 more are learning computer. Second on village Lora, district Abbottabad.

11. Masajids Construction.
Till now we have been entrusted with construction of 31 Masajids that have been completed.

12.Karobar….176 people have been helped to start their own businesses. They are made to pay back the amount given to them through easy installments.

13. Wheel chairs and Tricycles
899 wheel chairs and tricycles have been provided to disabled/ poor old people so far. Tricycles help them to go to their work place and for shopping.

14. Sewing Machines
We are running 12 sewing center all over Pakistan to train girls/ widows in stitching. Poor/ widows among them are given sewing machines. 1085 sewing machines were given. These help these families to earn for themselves by stitching clothes in their villages.

15. Orphan/ Poor Girls Marriages
Meager amount of Rs. 25K/ 20 K (as the funds position allow) is needed by some very poor families to marry their daughter. Even this paltry amount is sought with gratitude. 1020 helped financially so far to get married.

16. Goats for poor families
3570 goats distributed among families living in desert areas to get on their feet. Goats give birth to one or two child goats every year and the child goats also starts bearing child after two years. This is very profitable occupation in desert areas where fodder is free.

17 . Toilets
Thanks to Forgotten Women 327 toilets made for poor families in Sind.

1. Technical Training

We have started training of young jobless youth in computer skills so that they can earn working from homes. They will choose one of these courses of 3 months duration. We will pay their tuition fee, provided accommodation and food for three months training.

12 have completed training and second batch of 24 is under training now.

With the overwhelming support of our brothers and sisters we have Alhamd-o-Lillah completed 702 one room houses and handed those over to the families (95 % widows). Largest no of houses were donated by Forgotten Women UK (198). 52 more they are now getting made.

8. Ramzan Package for widows and poor

With the help of our donors this year we have been able to reach out to 2087 families from Sakardu to Khuzdar, Dera bugti, most part of Sind including Thar Desert areas. In that we gave Rs. 5000 cash to each deserving family, mostly widows. Lady Fatima Trust helped 500 families and RRAI-USA helped 400 families. Jazak Allah Khair. While distributing Ramzan pkg we found that hundreds of families are still living in Tents and Straw Huts.

9. Agriculture with Solar Pumps in Thar Desert areas.

Total schemes completed so far are 386. Out of these 262 were donated by Lady Fatima charitable Trust and 26 by Sumar Lakhani Foundation/ RRAI.

10. Ladies Training in Stitching clothes and computer centers.

We are running 12 sewing centers to train ladies in stitching of clothes and THREE computer centers to train boys and girls in computers handling.

1943 huts of poor people have been illuminated with solar electricity in Thar Desert areas.

Meager amount of Rs. 20,000 is needed by some very poor families to marry their daughter. Even this paltry amount is sought with gratitude. 959 helped financially so far to get married.

17. Goats for poor families

3419 goats distributed among families living in desert areas to get them financially stable. Goats give birth to one or two child goats every year and the child goats also starts bearing child after two years. This is very profitable occupation in desert areas where fodder is free.

18. Toilets

221 toilets made for poor families in Sind. It is becoming increasingly difficult for ladies to defecate in open fields due to increasing population. You are being watched.
