We are hiring: Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist
Healthcare practices lose revenue every month from delayed enrollments, missing recredentialing, and bad provider data. We are building a team that fixes that problem.
What you do:
👉 Collect provider and group documents, validate everything
👉 Maintain Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare ProView (CAQH ProView) profiles and attestations
👉 Submit payer enrollment applications and track every status
👉 Follow up with payers until effective dates are confirmed
👉 Fix rejections caused by National Provider Identifier (NPI), taxonomy, Tax Identification Number (TIN), address mismatches
👉 Keep clean notes so the team can pick up work fast
