بریڈ اور پاستا میدہ سے بنتا ہے جو ایک خاص عمل کے بعد گندم سے حاصل کیا جاتا ہے اور اس پروسیسنگ کے نتیجے میں گندم تمام فائبر اور کئی غذائی اجزاء سے محروم ہو جاتی ہے

یہ ایک انتہائی باریک قسم کا پاؤڈر ره جاتا ہے جو کھانے کے فوراً بعد آپکی بلڈ شوگر کو بڑھا دیتا ہے۔

ذیابیطس والوں کے لیے جتنا نقصان چینی کرتی ہے اس سے کئی گنا زیادہ نقصان میدہ کرتا ہے۔

چینی 1 یا 2 چمچ استعمال کی جاتی ہے، جبکہ میدہ سے بنی اشیاء، روٹی، چاول 15-20 چمچ چینی کے برابر شوگر بڑھاتے ہیں

ایسی غذائیں موٹاپے کا سبب بنتی جا رہی ہیں اور کئی مہلک بیماریوں کا پیش خیمہ ثابت ہو رہی ہے

اگر آپ اپنا آنے والا کل ان جان لیوا بیماریوں سے محفوظ رہ کر گزارنا چاہتے ہیں تو اپنی خوراک بدلیں اور اپنے بچوں کا خوراک کے لحاظ سے mindset تبدیل کیجئے۔

As we prepare to welcome the blessed month of Ramadan, we invite you to be part of our annual tradition of setting up a roadside Daskhawan to provide meals to those in need.

For 30 days, we aim to serve nutritious meals, but we cannot do it without your generous support. Here's how you can help:

Daily cost per table: PKR 5,000
Total required amount for 30 days: PKR 150,000

We encourage all philanthropists to contribute as generously as possible. Your donation will bring joy and sustenance to countless individuals and families.
