A meaningful conversation this week between Mr. Saad Amanullah Khan (Chairman, Youth Impact), Abdul Samad Khan (CEO, Youth Impact), and Manahil Fatima (Chief Markhor 2026), alongside Humza Tabani (S.I), Chairman of Tabani Group of Companies.

The discussion centered on building collaborations and partnerships that create real social impact, exploring how two organizations with a shared belief in Pakistan’s potential can work together to invest in the country’s youth.

We’re grateful for the time and the conversation, and looking forward to what this partnership can build.

Happy 79th Independence Day.

79 years ago, a nation was carved out of conviction, not convenience. People with no roadmap, no infrastructure, no guarantees decided to build one anyway. That’s not a small thing to inherit.

Since then, it has been carried forward by farmers and soldiers, teachers and tradesmen, mothers who kept homes running through wars and floods, and young people who kept showing up long after the news cycle moved on. Independence was never a single moment in 1947. It has been a project every generation has had to keep choosing.

We see a small slice of that choice every year in the young people who show up to camps at Youth Impact from every part of this country, different faiths, different backgrounds, different journeys and decide that leading together matters more than staying comfortable.

Some countries are inherited. This one was built. Happy 79th Independence Day

International Youth Day isn’t a finish line for us, it’s a checkpoint.

35,000+ young people trained across Pakistan. 80+ districts represented, from Makran to Baltistan. And 134,000+ lives touched, not just by us, but by the alumni who took what they learned in our camps and carried it back into their own communities.

Because the real measure of a leadership program isn’t how many people walk through the door, it’s what they build once they walk back out.

“Har Jawan Hai Pakistan” is not a mere sentence, it’s a statement of belief that, every young person we train doesn’t just represent their district, they represent the country itself.

The journey of developing young leaders continues, we’re just getting started.

Every camp we run, every workshop that goes off without a hitch, every story of impact you see on this page- none of it happens without the people working quietly behind it.

The late nights before a camp. The logistics no one sees. The problem-solving in the field when things don't go as planned. The showing up, again and again, long after the excitement of "day one" wears off.

This Independence Month, as we reflect on what it means to build something meaningful for the next generation, we wanted to pause and say thank you. Not with something big or loud, just a small token and a genuine word of appreciation, for every Youth Impactor who has poured their time, energy, and heart into this mission.

Because impact isn't built by one person or one moment; it's built by a team that consistently shows up. To every Youth Impactor, thank you. This one's for you.

Together we create impact. 🇵🇰
