Dopasi Foundation was honoured to be represented at the World Hepatitis Day 2026 national commemoration held at Serena Hotel, Islamabad.

Convened under the Prime Minister’s National Programme for the Elimination of Hepatitis C Infection, the event brought together national leadership, WHO, public health institutions, healthcare experts, and development partners around a shared goal: accelerating Pakistan’s progress towards hepatitis elimination.

Under this year’s theme, “Hepatitis: Let’s Break It Down,” discussions reinforced the urgent need to remove the barriers that keep people from prevention, testing, diagnosis, treatment, and care.

For Dopasi Foundation, hepatitis elimination must be rooted in equitable access, stronger primary healthcare, integrated service delivery, community engagement, and meaningful participation of the people most affected.

The tools to prevent, diagnose, and treat viral hepatitis already exist. The challenge now is to ensure they reach every person, especially those living in underserved and vulnerable communities.

Breaking barriers. Expanding access. Protecting lives.

Today, on World Hepatitis Day 2026, we join the global call to: "Hepatitis: Let's Break It Down."

Millions of people continue to face barriers to hepatitis prevention, testing, and treatment. Eliminating viral hepatitis begins with breaking down those barriers and ensuring that quality health services reach everyone, especially underserved and vulnerable communities.

Through integrated community health camps and people-centred outreach, Dopasi Foundation is strengthening access to health services, promoting early screening, raising awareness, and bringing essential care closer to the communities that need it most.

Together, we can turn knowledge into action, strengthen health equity, and move closer to a future free from viral hepatitis.

Let's break down barriers. Let's protect lives.

Through regular outreach immunization sessions, dedicated frontline health workers continue to travel to remote and underserved communities across Bolan, Lasbela, Sherani, and Kech, ensuring children receive essential vaccines closer to home.

These sessions are helping identify missed children, strengthen routine immunization, and reduce the number of zero-dose and under-immunized children, bringing communities one step closer to full protection against vaccine-preventable diseases.

Together with EPI Balochistan, district health authorities and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, Dopasi Foundation is working to ensure that no child is left behind.

Every dose counts. Every child matters.

What was once an underutilized school is now filled with the energy of learning. Following the successful rehabilitation and operationalization of Government Primary School Gorati, classrooms are once again alive with students, teachers, and meaningful learning. The return of regular teaching activities marks an important milestone in restoring access to quality education for children in the community.

Beyond improving infrastructure, this transformation is creating a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment where students can build foundational literacy, numeracy, and life skills with confidence.

At Dopasi Foundation, we believe that true impact is measured not by renovated buildings, but by classrooms that remain active, teachers who inspire, and children who have the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed every day.

Together, we are turning investments in education into lasting opportunities for the next generations!

Every child deserves protection, no matter where they live. Across the remote communities of Bolan, Lasbela, Sherani, and Kech, outreach immunization teams are bringing life-saving vaccines directly to children who would otherwise struggle to access routine health services.

Working alongside district health authorities and the , Dopasi Foundation is helping ensure that distance, terrain, and geography never become barriers to vaccination.

Every outreach session means another child protected, another family reassured, and another community moving closer to a healthier future.

With the support of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance we remain committed to reaching every child with every recommended vaccine.
