On 21st December 2025, SPADO Youth Network, under the Youth Empowerment Fund of Global Youth Mobilization (funded by the European Union), held a youth training in Islamabad focusing on youth leadership and peacebuilding. The session included open discussions and interactive activities where participants shared experiences and reflected on their role in creating positive change. It was encouraging to see young people actively engage and think critically about building safer and more peaceful communities.

On 7th December 2025, SPADO Youth Network, under the Youth Empowerment Fund of Global Youth Mobilization, brought together youth leaders from across Peshawar to engage in meaningful discussions on youth empowerment, countering violent extremism, and building lasting peace. The training featured interactive sessions and workshops where participants shared ideas, collaborated, and explored practical strategies to become effective changemakers in their communities. It was inspiring to witness the energy, commitment, and innovative thinking of these young leaders as they discussed ways to foster safer, more resilient, and peaceful communities

SPADO, as a member of the Stop Killer Robots campaign, organized a student engagement session at Air University, Islamabad, on 17th October 2025.

The session aimed to raise awareness about Autonomous Weapon Systems (AWS) and the ethical implications of integrating Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in warfare. Students actively participated and shared thoughtful insights on the importance of maintaining meaningful human control over the use of force.
