Our aim is to develop, in the student body, the passion and the drive to help the community's underprivileged class and to become active leaders of social welfare. TABA Youth Chapter NUST is TABA Foundation’s student chapter at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Islamabad, working under the umbrella of NUST Community Services Club (NCSC). TABA Foundation's NUST Chapter came into
existence in 2013 as a result of the efforts of Omair Iqbal, a student at NUST, SEECS. Since then it has evolved into a Central NUST society. Specifically, TABA works on four well versed domains i.e. fundraising, hunger eradication, education, and awareness campaigns. These domains are divided into projects named Project Hamdard, Project Dastarkhwan, Project Rimz e Ilm, and Project Ujala respectively. Following is a brief description of each project:
Project Hamdard: At TABA, we raise funds and then channel them to assist the underprivileged in accessing educational and medical services. Project Dastarkhwan: Through this project, TABA strives to combat hunger and ensure that no person sleeps with an empty stomach. Project Rimz e Ilm: TABA recognises education as a fundamental human right; hence, through this initiative, we provide academic resources to the underprivileged. Project Ujala: Through this project, TABA aims to holistically enlighten the masses through awareness sessions and interactions.
