What is As-Siraat?
“As-Siraat Trust” is registered as a public charitable trust under the Trust Act of 1882. As-Siraat is working in different areas of Pakistan with the sole aim of ‘Serving Humanity’. Our main areas of focus are: Education, Poverty and Social Service. As-Siraat has progressed from taking up small social projects in the start to the running of a full-fledge free school. Mission of

“Through Knowledge You Conquer” – Education is a key tool in order to reduce the vulnerable position of millions of people in the world. The education we believe in, enables job opportunities, self -esteem and social awareness for change.

What is As-Siraat School project? As-Siraat public school has been running since 2012 in the remote area of Ahmedpur East (near Bahawalpur). Education here is free of cost along with free supply of books and stationery. The education provided is a fine blend of religious and worldly education. The school aims at providing academic excellence in an Islamic atmosphere and a quality learning environment to build and develop an integrated Islamic identity along with promoting the spiritual and moral values consistent with respect and good citizenship within the society. Poverty Eradication Goal and Social Service:
Poverty eradication is not a simple one step process; rather it is a complicated one. Empowerment and entrepreneurship seem to be the only long term solution of this grave problem. To materialize this dream, As-Siraat has started projects like “sewing machine project” and vows to initiate a vocational/technical training centre in future keeping the aim of empowering people with certain skills that may be used for their self-sustainability. As-Siraat has also extended hands towards helpless and needy people by visiting orphanages, hospitals and initiating projects like Ramadan Project.
