Working to assist invisible and stigmatized populations to realize their potential and strengths in order to build healthy communities that are empowered and are able to sustain themselves. VISION was registered in 1998 under the Societies Act of 1860, envisioning “All
Humans have equal rights irrespective of caste, religion, gender, s*xual orientation, color, race,
age, genetics and / or disabled
” with a mission to “evolve a just and equitable society for all
populations, as well as equipping them with tools to sustain a long-term positive change.” A
right-based organization, which over the years has provided training and capacity building to
vulnerable communities in all provinces of Pakistan, as well as most of the SAARC countries
(Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and India). Target Audience- Children/ Youth, GSM communities, CBOs (community based organizations), Women from all

❖ Supreme Court of Pakistan 2017-Maid torture case, called-in as subject
expert on child trafficking by the Chief Justice of Pakistan
❖ Supreme Court of Pakistan 2018- Filed a CPLA to register the children of
s*x workers in formal educational institutions.
● Transgender Rights
❖ High Court, Lahore 2001- Filed a WRIT against HIV & AIDs testing of
Transgender population without informed consent.
❖ Supreme Court of Pakistan-Human Rights Cell (HRC) 2017- Filed a
CPLA against municipal authorities on forced eviction of transgender
populations from Mardan city.
❖ Office of District Police Officer 2019- Filed a complaint against municipal
authorities on forced eviction of transgender population from Swat.
❖ Provincial Ombudsman, Rawalpindi 2020- Filed a complaint against
