On 20–21 November 2025, Inspire Pakistan’s MHPSS team conducted Psychological First Aid (PFA) training sessions for male community members in Karachi. Facilitated by MHPSS Officer Mr Adnan Ghafoor, the training equipped participants with practical skills to support individuals experiencing emotional distress. Through scenario-based exercises, interactive discussions, and shared learning, participants strengthened their confidence and ability to provide timely psychological support, thereby enhancing both personal well-being and community resilience.

We were honoured by the presence of Ms Sadia Zahir, UNHCR representative, whose participation highlighted the strong partnership and shared commitment of UNHCR Pakistan and Inspire Pakistan in advancing mental health and community empowerment.

Certificates were awarded to participants for their dedication to promoting mental health and psychosocial well-being. Together, we continue to build resilient, compassionate communities where every individual feels heard, supported, and valued.

Our Mental Health Day event was inaugurated by our CEO, Mr. Qaiser M Siddiqui, who shared inspiring words on the importance of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) — marking the soft launch of Inspire’s MHPSS component.

This initiative reflects Inspire and its donors’ shared commitment to promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and community support.

The day began with a heartfelt Worry Box activity, where participants wrote down their worries and let them go — a symbolic start to embracing calm, awareness, and healing.
